Three generations of our family came to Sea Echoes for a four night stay and we all had a very enjoyable holiday. The house has been carefully and thoughtfully renovated with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It was very warm and comfortable with lots of nice touches including toys, games and books and an extremely well equipped kitchen.
The star of the show is the large, beautiful garden which has been planted with a dazzling display of shrubs and flowers and provided a safe haven to play when we weren’t on the beach or playing in the sand dunes nearby - a very short walk away.
We loved the fire pit for a cosy evening toasting marshmallows
There are some nice restaurants in Rye - recommended in the information pack and we visited The Heritage Centre and the local fish shop there, as well as the farm shop nearby.where an electric car fast car charging station is being installed..
The hosts left us a very generous welcome pack and had really thought of everything we might need - so thank you very much from all of us.

Thank you for a wonderful week. We had a fantastic time here with our three little girls. It’s beautifully renovated, with great attention to detail, and a charming nautical theme throughout. It was spotlessly clean and we had absolutely everything we could wish for: from a stunningly landscaped garden, which had plenty of room for the children to run around; a fully-equipped kitchen, importantly with an excellent coffee maker; extremely comfy new beds; three modern bathrooms; a very large tv for rainy days, along with games, books and even building blocks. The beach was so close - just behind the house. There’s a great pub, The Owl, for delicious lunches and dinners a short walk away. All in all it was the perfect getaway and we’ll definitely be back soon.
